These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Liberty Exchange LLC website at libertyexch.org and any purchases you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Pricing
We sell souvenirs, art, and memorabilia. We do our best to describe items accurately, but slight variations in color, finish, or dimension are normal — particularly for handmade goods.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to limit order quantities. If a product is mispriced, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the order and issue a refund before shipping.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, that exceed reasonable quantities, or that we cannot fulfill.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by reputable third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. Charges appear on your statement under "Liberty Exchange" or a similar identifier.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Sheridan, Wyoming. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
7. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping is non-refundable). Items must be in original condition with original packaging. Custom, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email info@libertyexch.org with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Authenticity of Memorabilia
Where memorabilia is sold as authenticated, the certificate or documentation accompanying the item describes the source of authentication. We disclose what we know; we do not warrant authenticity beyond what the documentation supports. If you have specific questions about an item's provenance, contact us before purchase.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site; (c) impersonate another person; (d) scrape, mine, or otherwise extract data from the site without permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All site content — including text, images, logos, and artwork — is owned by Liberty Exchange LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only.
11. Disclaimers
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Exchange disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Exchange's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Liberty Exchange harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
