SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent by Liberty Exchange LLC from the toll-free number (844) 961-4559. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Liberty Exchange LLC operates two separate SMS programs that you may opt into independently:
- Transactional Program: Order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications, and customer service replies. Required for order-related communication.
- Promotional Program: Occasional new product announcements, sales, and special offers. Entirely optional. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
Each program requires its own separate opt-in. You may opt into one without the other, and you may opt out of either at any time independently.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in by completing the form on our SMS sign-up page. The form has separate consent checkboxes for the transactional and promotional programs. You may also opt in by replying with the keywords JOIN, START, or YES to a previous message.
After opting in, you'll receive a confirmation message:
"Liberty Exchange: You have successfully opted in to receive messages from Liberty Exchange LLC. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions. On average, you can expect 10–20 messages per month per subscriber.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Liberty Exchange does not charge a fee for the messages, but your wireless carrier may. Check your wireless plan for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send you. After opting out, you'll receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages from this program.

7. Supported Carriers
The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile USA. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We treat your phone number and SMS opt-in data with care. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you signed up for. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you've provided.
10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
